Wedding Investment Registry

A wedding investment registry lets guests contribute toward a couple's financial future instead of, or alongside, physical gifts. Here is how it works for weddings, how to word it, and what to consider.

Can I use The Forever Fund for a wedding?

Yes. A Forever Fund registry can be created for a wedding when an eligible adult owns the connected brokerage account.

Yes. An engaged or newly married couple can create a personalized page explaining how contributions relate to shared financial goals. Guests contribute through the same secure gift flow used for other registries. The page should identify the legal account owner and avoid guaranteeing that investments will rise in value.

Can two people be listed on one wedding registry?

Yes. A couple can appear together on one registry page, while the connected brokerage's legal ownership follows the brokerage account.

Yes. The public registry can present both partners' names, story, and event. That does not automatically make the brokerage account jointly owned; legal account ownership is determined by the account registration at the brokerage. Couples who want joint ownership should confirm that the chosen brokerage and account type support it.
